CAPACITY
(Body Recalibration)
For a body that functions better, with less to manage.
(Kinesiology · Posturology · Functional Neurotherapy)
When something keeps coming back, remains limited, or requires too much management.
Does this sound like you?
IT KEEPS COMING BACK DESPITE WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE
You work on the area, it helps… then the same discomfort, tension, or pattern returns.
I KNOW WHAT TO DO. MY BODY DOESN’T PRODUCE IT.
The movement, range, coordination, or strength you are looking for is not available the way you expect it to be.
I’M GETTING STRONGER, BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS
You make progress and gain strength or mobility, but the pain, asymmetry, or limitation remains in the background.
MY BODY SEEMS TO LOSE ITS BEARINGS
One side does not position itself like the other. You feel asymmetrical, less stable, or never quite centered. Certain sensory perceptions become amplified.

A posture.
A movement.
A force.
A sensation.
Different responses from the same body.
You may not be looking for one more thing to do.
You want your body to be available for your life again.
Move. Work. Train. Play.
Without constantly having to negotiate with it.
I don’t begin by correcting what can be seen.
I look for what is organizing it.
Movement · posture · sensory organization · breathing · performance · visceral/digestive function · other bodily responses
What the body shows us gives us information.
It is not automatically where I intervene.
It can be seen.
It can be felt.
And it can be measured.
Measure. Change one variable. Measure again.

In this example: a physical therapist with several years of clinical experience, with a previous left rotator cuff tear.
Current discomfort on the right.
Range of motion still limited on the left despite a consistent routine to “keep things from getting worse.”
Before: 10.3% asymmetry
After: 1.4% asymmetry
One side increases from 13.2 lb to 15.2 lb.
Without strength training between the two measurements.
Capacity was not built between the two tests. Its expression changed.
The question then becomes:
Is the answer simply to get stronger—or to understand what makes that strength more or less accessible?
When several responses change in the same person
What the test showed
A painful and weak wrist.
But also a reduced response in the biceps and shoulder.
Three important regions for a tattoo artist.
One visual reference point is explored.
The wrist was her main area of pain.
Yet other regions also showed a reduced response without her knowing and without obvious symptoms.
Rather than correcting each consequence one by one,
I look for the lever that can influence the whole.
The place where the problem shows up may be where the story ends—not necessarily where it begins.
What to expect during a session
01 — OBSERVE
We observe and test what is present.
Pain · strength · movement · balance · posture · sensation
02 — EXPLORE
I explore one or more relevant reference points based on what the body shows us.
03 — RETEST
We return to the same reference point.
What changes — or doesn’t — guides what comes next.
No routine imposed by default.
If there is something to repeat between sessions, it will be targeted and generally brief — sometimes a few minutes, sometimes nothing.
Without forcing · managing · Nor manipulations
I do not provide a training program.
The goal is not to condition you further.
It is to make your capacity more available.
Looking instead for a training program, a gym, or some direction with your training?
