POSTURA
(Posturology · Functional Neurotherapy · Sensorimotor Development)

When your body seems to have trouble situating itself, compensates, or loses its reference points.

Does this sound like you?

SOMETHING ALWAYS FEELS “OFF”

One side doesn’t seem to position itself like the other.

You feel asymmetrical, less stable, or never quite centered.

Some sensory perceptions become amplified.

MY BODY ALWAYS COMPENSATES SOMEWHERE

One point of support changes. One area takes on more load.

You feel like your body is constantly finding another way to compensate.

IT KEEPS COMING BACK DESPITE WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE

You work on the area, it helps… then the same discomfort, tension, or pattern returns.

Posture isn’t a snapshot.
It’s an organization.

It involves both static and dynamic posture, but also the foundations of how the body manages to stand, orient itself, maintain balance, and move.

And a large part of this organization happens automatically, without you having to consciously decide on every adjustment.

You don’t tell your body how to stand every second.
Yet it must continually know where you are and how to adjust.

I don’t start by correcting posture.
I look for what is organizing it.

Posture, balance, tension/pain, support points, and movement can all give me information.

What your body shows is a response.
It is not automatically the target of the intervention.

When a reference point changes,
the body’s response can change too.
What the test showed

A painful and weak wrist.

But also a reduced response in the biceps and shoulder.

Three important regions for a tattoo artist.

One visual reference explored.

The point of friction you’re experiencing may be where the story ends — not where it begins.

The wrist was her main area of pain.

Yet other regions also showed a reduced response without her knowing and without obvious symptoms.

Rather than correcting each consequence one by one,
I look for the lever that can influence the whole.

The question may no longer be only:

“What hurts?”

but:

“What is continuing to organize this response?”

This is where POSTURA becomes particularly relevant.

You don’t need to know why before you come in.

That is precisely what the session allows us to explore.

What to expect during a session

01 — OBSERVE

We observe and test what is present.

Pain · strength · movement · balance · posture

02 — EXPLORE

We explore one or more potentially relevant reference points.

03 — RETEST

We repeat the same test during the session.

What changes — or doesn’t — guides what comes next.

No routine imposed by default.

If there is something to repeat between sessions, it will be targeted and generally brief — sometimes a few minutes, sometimes nothing.

Without forcing · managing · Nor manipulations
