POSTURA
(Posturology · Functional Neurotherapy · Sensorimotor Development)
What is Postura?

POSTURA is grounded in postural and neurosensory approaches to clarify the body’s reference points and refine its organization in space.
You stand and move.
But how everything unfolds depends on the quality of the information your body uses.
This is not:
• “Muscles create movement”
• “Strength corrects posture”
• “Stretching what is tight is enough”
But rather:
👉 It is the organization of the system that decides.
What That Means Practically
When overload builds up, your system compensates.
It tightens and redistributes tension to keep you upright.
Over time that creates:
• stubborn asymmetries
• postural problems
• diffuse fatigue
• recurring discomfort
• the feeling that something is “off”
What your system is really looking for
is a clear baseline.
When that baseline is restored:
• unnecessary tension drops
• coordination improves
• energy expenditure decreases
• posture realigns and movement feels natural again
Biomechanics (hardware) VS. Neuromechanics (software)
Traditional approaches (linear) often work here:
Muscle → Stretch → Strengthen → Repeat
But muscle is output.
It doesn’t decide.
If the sensory reference is unclear,
the brain will keep compensating — no matter how strong you get.
Postura works upstream.
We improve sensory clarity and reference.
Your nervous system reorganizes.
Muscle tension adjusts automatically.
No forcing.
No accumulation.
No manipulations.
In other words,
Any movement or exercise you try to do
is influenced by the clarity of your system’s internal reference.
If that reference is unclear,
the body compensates — even with good intentions.
That’s why we clarify the reference first.
What You Can Expect in Session
We use clear functional tests.
We observe how your body organizes itself.
Then we introduce precise signals — at the right moment.
You often feel changes immediately.
And your system continues reorganizing afterward.

3-5 min is all it takes
